Limited Manufacturing Defect Coverage for WATTSMAX Electric Off-Road Motorcycles

Every electric off-road motorbike purchased through WATTSMAX carries constrained defect protection targeting factory production flaws. This coverage remains valid for a twelve-month window, counting from the exact calendar date you receive the complete vehicle shipment.

Section A: Eligible Components Corresponding to Distinct Coverage Durations

1. Core Frame & Central Functional Assemblies (Primary Critical Components)

Coverage Term: 12 months starting from the initial retail transaction date
Protected hardware: Full vehicle frame assembly, wheel hub drive motor, central control unit assembly

2. Branded Electronic Auxiliary Gear (Secondary Electronic Attachments)

Coverage Term: 6 months starting from the initial retail transaction date
Protected hardware: Power charging adapter, brake control levers, thumb speed adjustment switches

3. Cosmetic & Consumable Wear Parts (Surface & Easily Worn Components)

Coverage Term: 1 month starting from the initial retail transaction date
Protected hardware: Crash guard trim strips, front headlight unit, dashboard protective shell, grip outer cover, inner & outer rubber tires, warning bell assembly, mudguard panels, rear taillight assembly, decorative fairings, foot pedal assemblies, battery outer casing panel, rider saddle, charging port housing, rubber protective sleeves

Section B: Binding Rules for Activating Coverage Benefits

1. To gain access to any maintenance service under this assurance framework, a dated original retail purchase receipt must be submitted to WATTSMAX for verification. This documentation requirement extends equally to the first retail buyer and any subsequent party who takes ownership of the motorbike.
2. WATTSMAX reserves full discretion to restrict all coverage-related repair or replacement services solely within the nation or territory where the original vehicle order was placed.
3. Within the valid coverage period, WATTSMAX will either conduct professional repair work on your faulty unit or supply a substitute unit of the identical model or the closest available alternative variant, based on our internal operational judgment. Permanent inventory stock for every single vehicle variant is not maintained within our warehouses, which means perfectly matching replacement components or identical color finishes may not always be accessible.
4. In instances where a replacement vehicle is issued, you are obligated to ship back the defective original unit to WATTSMAX prior to receiving the substitute merchandise, unless a formal written supplementary agreement is issued by our brand to waive this return requirement.

Section C: Circumstances Excluded From All Limited Assurance Protection

This constrained manufacturing defect coverage shall not remedy flaws or physical damage triggered by any of the below-listed scenarios:

1. Harm stemming from collision incidents, reckless operation, improper handling, usage outside the vehicle’s intended design scope (including stunts, competitive racing and other activities inconsistent with standard recreational riding), improper long-term storage, prolonged liquid exposure, chemical corrosion, sustained dampness, abrasive friction, accumulation of sand and grime, user neglect, or abnormal mechanical/electrical strain applied to the hardware.
2. Defects and breakages arising from unauthorized disassembly, alterations or aftermarket modifications completed without official brand approval.
3. Surface scratches, indentations and cosmetic blemishes, excluding aesthetic damage caused directly by WATTSMAX’s production, packaging or shipment procedures.
4. Units whose factory serial codes or printed barcode markings have been peeled away, stained, fractured, altered or rendered completely unidentifiable.
5. Standard natural wear and tear generated through regular everyday riding.
6. Hardware malfunctions or damage brought on by fitting auxiliary parts, peripheral equipment or replacement components not manufactured or formally certified by WATTSMAX for your motorbike model.
7. Defects incurred due to improper assembly, testing, operation, routine upkeep, installation, servicing or calibration that fails to follow all guidance printed within the official assembly handbook and user operation manual.
8. Breakages caused by external uncontrollable events, such as traffic collisions, fire outbreaks, flooding, severe storms, lightning strikes, seismic activity, long-term harsh weather exposure, theft, blown internal fuses or irregular power supply usage.

Additional special exclusions specifically applicable to lithium battery packs:
No battery coverage will apply for faults or damage originating from the following behaviors or states:

1. Charging the power pack with an incompatible charging device not designated for your specific battery model.
2. Long-term operation using faulty or mismatched battery chargers.
3. Any visible breakage, tampering marks or perforations found on the factory battery sealing layers.
4. All coverage claim applications require tangible proof of the reported malfunction, such as clear photographic evidence or recorded video footage. Our in-house technical team will validate the fault condition, after which matching replacement components will be dispatched at our sole discretion. You may need to coordinate local inspection work with regional maintenance technicians as required; kindly factor this process into your purchasing decision in advance.
5. Any aftermarket adjustments, modifications or structural alterations performed on the vehicle will immediately void all active assurance coverage. Furthermore, this protection plan cannot be transferred to third parties and exclusively serves the original retail purchaser.

Section D: Provision Adjustment Rights

WATTSMAX holds the unilateral right to revise, supplement or update all clauses contained within this assurance guideline at any time. All revised iterations will be posted on our official website and take immediate effect upon online publication, unless supplementary written notification specifies a delayed effective date.
