WATTSMAX Global Delivery Guidelines

We provide cross-border delivery solutions alongside localized distribution services dispatched from our overseas fulfillment hubs across multiple regions.

The full turnaround cycle for each order consists of two distinct segments: warehouse order preparation lead time plus carrier transit duration.

1. Shipments Dispatched from United States Local Fulfillment Hub

  • In-house sorting & packing lead time: 1 to 3 working business cycles
  • Carrier transit window: 5 to 7 working days
Logistics partners will be allocated dynamically in light of your unit’s overall dimension, gross weight and designated drop-off location; available courier collaborators include FedEx, USPS and DHL. Oversized electric two-wheelers cannot be delivered via standard parcel couriers and will be transferred via dedicated ground truck fleets, which comes with elevated delivery surcharges.

2. Shipments Originated from Our Mainland China Manufacturing Warehouse

  • Factory order preparation & pre-shipment inspection lead time: 5 to 10 working business cycles
  • Full cross-border transit timeline: 45 to 55 calendar days
Our shipping framework combines ocean freight containers with regional last-mile delivery operators in destination territories to complete full distribution.

Order Modification & Termination Regulations

Prior to cargo departure: Valid adjustment & cancellation window

Should you intend to alter order specifications or fully revoke your purchase request, you must submit a formal appeal to our client support team via the official mailbox [email protected] within 24 hours after checkout submission.
For eligible cancellation requests submitted before goods leave our warehouse within the above time frame, the full monetary amount will be credited back to your original payment channel within two working days. A 3% administrative handling surcharge will be withheld from your refund total, covering irrecoverable operational expenditures incurred during initial order setup and resource reservation.

After cargo dispatch / While shipments remain in transit: No intervention available

Once goods are handed over to logistics operators or have exited our storage facilities, order revocations, delivery interception requests and information edits cannot be processed under any circumstances. We hold zero capacity to revise destination addresses while consignments are en route.
If you submit a cancellation demand or opt to refuse package acceptance after dispatch has commenced, a 10% inventory restocking & processing levy will be deducted from your potential refund amount.

Supplementary Delivery Terms & Reminders

  1. To safeguard transaction authenticity, the WATTSMAX operational team may reach out to purchasers for identity verification, overseas warehouse stock validation and supplementary order confirmation. Such communication procedures may extend your overall delivery schedule slightly, for which we bear no compensatory liability.
  2. Upon receiving your paid order, our fulfillment division will prioritize processing your goods within the stipulated time frames to the best of our operational capacity. Nevertheless, unforeseen external variables such as extreme meteorological conditions, regional public incidents and logistics network backlogs may trigger transit hold-ups. WATTSMAX disclaims all liability for monetary losses stemming from such unavoidable delivery delays.
  3. You are required to submit an active, reachable contact phone number during checkout. This enables local delivery crews to establish timely communication if any drop-off complications emerge.
  4. Mandatory in-person signature collection for lithium power pack shipments. International transportation regulatory codes mandate that standalone battery consignments can only be released upon physical signature from the listed consignee.
  5. Liability exclusion for lost, stolen or damaged consignments. WATTSMAX shall not assume financial accountability for merchandise loss, theft or surface impairment caused by any acts or omissions committed by FedEx or alternative third-party courier service suppliers.
  6. Address adjustment prohibition post-dispatch. As specified previously, no interception, cancellation or data modification can be implemented once goods are transferred to carriers or depart warehouse premises; destination location revisions remain unfeasible for all in-transit parcels.
  7. Fixed flat-rate charges for rejected consignments returned to origin. If you decline to receive your dispatched electric mobility unit upon courier arrival, a standardized service fee ranging from 250 to 800 US Dollars will be charged based on your e-bike model tier, partially offsetting our round-trip cross-border logistics outlays. As shipped orders cannot be halted or amended, returned merchandise will enter our standard return workflow once received back at our facilities. We will process a partial refund to your original payment channel after deducting the above flat return surcharge. You must actively notify WATTSMAX of your rejection decision to initiate refund clearance; failure to deliver such advance notification will lead to substantial delays to your funds reimbursement timeline.
  8. Unreceived merchandise protocols. If your ordered electric mobility goods fail to arrive within 30 calendar days counting from the projected delivery window, kindly get in touch with our support personnel without delay. Should you omit submitting a consultation request within this 30-day threshold, we will deem the order fully received by the consignee, and all logistics tracking archives linked to your purchase will no longer be retained on our system. When reaching out for delivery follow-up assistance, please provide your exclusive order reference ID alongside all relevant transaction supporting materials to facilitate efficient troubleshooting.
