Strictly Prohibited Acts

All vehicle models comply with certification standards for designated regions, yet motor vehicle registration and traffic control regulations vary drastically across territories. Prior to placing orders, buyers bear sole responsibility for verifying local compliance criteria. WATTSMAX shall not be held liable if purchased vehicles fail regional license approval inspections.

3.2 Order Validation & Production Scheduling Terms

1. A formal purchase order shall only carry legal binding force after a written cooperation contract is executed and the full agreed deposit is credited to our account. Verbal commitments exchanged via online communication channels possess no contractual validity.
2. In the event of raw material shortages, factory equipment maintenance, force majeure or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to moderately adjust production timelines and notify partners of delivery schedule changes within three working days.
3. Quotations for large-volume orders fluctuate alongside real-time market costs of metal raw materials, lithium battery cells and complete vehicle accessories. All formal quotation documents remain valid for seven calendar days, as marked on the quote file.

3.3 Custom Development Service Provisions

We offer flexible customization solutions covering vehicle paint schemes, body decals, matching storage accessories and minor adjustments to partial electrical component parameters. Once mass production commences for customized models, the corresponding order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

All custom patterns submitted by buyers must not infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights or design patents. The submitting party shall bear full legal liability for any IP disputes arising from customized decorative materials.

4. Logistics, Inspection & Return/Exchange Policies

1. Buyers must complete full vehicle quality inspection within 48 hours of goods receipt. Failure to submit written quality objections within this inspection window shall constitute full acceptance that all goods meet contractual standards.
2. Damage claims arising during transit must be accompanied by complete photos of damaged components and retained original packaging materials, submitted within 48 hours of goods sign-off; otherwise, claims will be rejected. Goods shipped via freight forwarders independently selected by buyers are excluded from our replacement warranty for transit damage.
3. Unused, unassembled inventory vehicles with zero odometer mileage are eligible for return applications within 14 calendar days after receipt, subject to substantial warehouse restoration fees, with all round-trip logistics charges fully borne by the buyer. Any vehicle bearing assembly traces, body scratches or broken battery sealing labels will have its return application automatically rejected.
4. For return requests initiated due to factory manufacturing defects, we provide free component replacement or proportional refunds. Indirect economic losses including store rental expenses, lost customer orders and labor wages shall not be compensated by us.

5. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Our official limited quality warranty only covers factory-originated malfunctions of motors, control modules and lithium battery packs under regular commuting usage. The warranty entitlement shall be immediately void upon occurrence of any of the following circumstances:

3. Natural wear and tear of consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, seats, headlights and plastic outer casings;
4. Battery performance degradation resulting from long-term low-power storage, high-temperature storage environments or unauthorized removal of battery protective sealing layers.

Warranty benefits are non-transferable and exclusively available to the original purchasing enterprise or individual customer.
